Hi, we are in Massachusetts and decided to try raising chickens. We have five hens and two roosters 20 weeks old. The two roosters were a surprise and are now going to a farmer friend in need. So I just ordered three starter pullets to add to my flock. I'm now freaking out because I didn't research enough about adding to existing flock. I didn't know I have to quarantine them for weeks and how upset my girls will be and they will try to kill one another. I also do not have room to build another coop. I so need help!

Hi and welcome to BYC - thanks for joining us. Seems you have a little juggling to do, since you have one coop. A dog crate or something like it will be fine to use for your new arrivals, both for quarantine and introductions.

Good luck
