Hello everyone! I'm from Reno, NV and recently we have moved to a large enough property to finally start raising chickens. I am very new to these critters but, I'm excited to learn more about what I'm doing. For now, I'm going to work on getting these little hens friendly so we can enjoy them. Here's a photo of the coop I built my little ladies.

Thank you guys, no I'm not a carpenter but I am very handy and crafty, I get it from my mom. I didn't really draw out any plans for this coop so I'm not sure I'll have the info needed to post it in the 'coops' section. I kind of just brainstormed what materials I needed and started building it. A lot of the old barn wood I've had laying around waiting for a project like this so it all worked out well. Luckily it only took 4 days to complete, I was in a hurry to get my chicks ;-)
