Hi everyone, I've always grown up with chickens but unfortunatly haven't had any for about 10 years. My mother and I decided to buy some hatching eggs and try our luck with an incubator. I got old English game bantams and my mother got a variety of Sussex. Long story short, we only had 1 of each of our eggs hatch. We were heartbroken, so we bought some day old chicks from a nearby breeder. We got told they were buff Sussex but they look nothing like our one and only buff Sussex that hatched out. Any ideas???? Also would love to have your thoughts on what I'm hoping is an oegb, possible colour could be? I need help! Any thoughts would be very welcome!
