I'm looking forward to doing tomato juice this summer when the tomatoes drop, as well. I like to have a beer with tomato juice on a hot day, but hate the tinny taste from the cans they are always sold in, so figure making my own juice shouldn't be too difficult.

My Grandma use to make tomato juice. It is very good and did not seem to hard to put up
