Hi all! New here from NSW, Australia. Currently I have an adult flock of mixed standard Wyandotte colours, and a baby flock of Plymouth Rock boy, two Rhode Island Red Pullets and 3 silver laced wyandotte pullets.

Eventually my plan is to have 3 breeder pens, 2 grow out pens and a shed for raising chicks.
Pen One - Silver Laced Wyandotte
Pen Two - Pekin Bantams (maybe with some other bantams for viewing pleasure)
Pen Three - Standard Size Collectors Pen (person use eggs and to have somewhere to put fun, standard size breeds)

Wow you have a set goal of what you want! It's good that you're slowly working toward it. Sometimes jumping in headfirst isn't the best. But adding little by little as you go will ensure you won't get overwhelmed and that you will stick with it.

Here is my brought little ones in the current grow out pen, my rooster and a chick my hens hatched, and then some more chicks! I just let a few hens sit for some fun and got hooked so decided to get more serious!

I have two massive yards I’m going to split into 4 chickens and one double (I raise baby cows occasionally, and be handy for them). My adult flock have one yard all to themselves, and I’m about to start building a pen for the littles to move into when they get a bit bigger. And just work from there on developing to pens to great quality before adding the 3rd flock/pen, or adding too many more numbers than what I currently have. Taking it slow to be prepared!
