Hey everyone I just got my first two RIR hens spike and cupcake so named by the kids used a large shipping box angled the top cut door and windows in it raised it and built a run for them.

Is that difference is color between them common? I think one is a Roo

Welcome to BYC. Color variation in hatchery bred birds is not uncommon. The pictures are not really definitive, but I think that both are pullets.
