howdy, ive been raising rhode island reds for quite some time and hatch out alot of chicks every week, i just found this site and joined it, so far i really like it and hope to meet alot of new folks on here with the same love for chickens that me and my wife have, we are also hopeing to get into peacocks later and just hatched out our first turkeys today and have guennies ( i hope i spelled that right lol) on the way.

See on the top right of your screen where you can log out of BYC? To the left of it is your screen name "cajun backwoods". Click on your name. Then click on "Edit Community Profile". You should be able to add your location there.

The Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps is my absolutely favorite thread on BYC. Everyone is so friendly and I get a giggle nearly every day!

im from carlyss louisiana south of sulphur north of hackberry and west of lakecharles. i also have rhode island reds 6 of them and now i have 9 domineques thinking about letting some of them go if anyone is wanting some chicks
