I am almost 22, and have 44 hens and roosters that I've bought/rescued from auctions and various places. I eat chicken, don't get me wrong, I just don't like seeing the 'spent' layers whom arn't at the top of there game anymore and have been in cages all there life go for meat. What's wrong with a lil retirement?
