Good Afternoon,

My name is Scottie..I am new to owning chickens. I recently acquired 4 Orpingtons...Daisy, Lizzie, Queen (short for Lightening Mcqueen (name by my 4 yr grandson)), and Sally! I have only had them for about 2 months. My boyfriend and I build a nice coop that is enclosed with a top, for when I can not watch them but I let them run, about an hour before dusk, around the backyard. I love to keep them entertained with new activities to do. I joined so that I can learn new ways to keep them health and happy. Just so everyone knows...I have a boys name but I am female!

Love to get advice on them. Dos and Don'ts.

You should totally post pics of your chickens, I am sure we'd all love to see them!:love:love
