I'm a new member from the UK and just wanted to say hi! I've just hatched out my first chicks and have joined this group to gain the invaluable knowledge and advice from all you lovely people!!

Thank you all!! It's great to be here and I'll check out those links. To be honest I'm not 100% sure on breed as I had a broody hen so got some hatching eggs from my friend to see if I could hatch them successfully. However, I have just put some Gold Laced Wyandotte Bantam Hatching Eggs under another of my broody hens.

That is great. You can post photos of chicks at 6 weeks of age or so, at "What breed or gender is this? something to think about for when they are older.
