New member from western NC

Hi, My family and I have had chickens for a year. We started with 6 white leghorns from Tractor Supply. They were supposed to be all females but one turned out to be a rooster. This year we are adding to our flock. We have 6 more teen white leghorns and 8 peeps that are a mix of Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rocks & 1 Amercauna. Currently they are all separate but we hope to combine the groups later this year.

I check this site often for questions, but decided to join in finally.
