This community is great! I'm from the Philippines and I just started raising my own chickens. I've always been fond of chickens. My grandmother used to breed chickens in her backyard and it's always a joy when we visit her. As kinds, it's like we're playing as little farmers. She also had a couple of quails and it was actually because of her that I developed a love affair with quail eggs. I absolutely love them.
So, while I'm oceans away from most of you, I am so excited to be part of the BYC community. I'm sure I'll learn a lot of things here as well as share how we do it here in my country. And of course, make connections with fellow chicken-philes along the way.
