Hey HI All!​
I'm a renew member as I haven't been on in a few years. I watched a Little House on the Prairie episode where Laura gets her own chicken. I begged dad to get me a chicken. We lived in a town an hour from farm country. It was spring chickdays. All chicks were spoken for except one Rhode Island Red bonus chick. Peep-Peep let me watch her lay her first egg. Days go by and I am at college without any birds at the moment. So we will see where the story goes from here. Jesus is my Savior!​

Its actually a Bible school and I m majoring in Missions. Part of that for me has included conversations about teaching others to raise their own food. Some were impressed with how much I "know" about this subject at the same time I was realizing how much I don't know anything really!! So time to start learning about birds again and experiences and experimenting.
