New member in Austin hill country

Hey y’all! I’m a new member to BYC and excited to exchange information with others about chicken keeping. I’m in the hill country of Austin, Texas just trying to beat the heat. I started my flock in February of this year. I have a flock of six hens: Brabanter, Barred Rock, Australorp, Wyandotte, Welsummer and an Easter Egger. I love chickens and love BYC!
