Hello!

I am a sahm of 6 in Bellflower. We live on a quarter acre, pasture raise chickens for eggs and meat, have a huge garden and homeschool. Our hobbies are reading, Starbucks, and working in the yard (ok, so that's what my husband and I enjoy to do...the kids might say differently). I have a beautiful rooster that we have raised and handled that we need to get rid of. I am a member of LA Urban Chickens on Meetup and they suggested I ask here.

You can always ask people to pm you for pics. Need that minimum for posting those too.

You'll have to stick around BYC. This is a great place and you'll probably meet a lot more chicken people in your area. Heck you'll meet them from around the world. This is a wonderful site but a bit addicting.

You could also post in the Where am I Where are you section and loook for the California threads. There are lots of them. We gather together, but also have threads for different regions.

6 Kids huh? I still have one at home, but mom of 6 here too.
