Hi folks, I’m back after I don’t know how many years and since I don’t know if I ever introduced myself or not here goes:
1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I had chickens before approximately 12 years ago but had to give them up due to moving. I hope to be getting more chickens in the next few months.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
None
(3) What breeds do you have?
I had ISA browns. They were great! Laid well and were friendly
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Eggs, next is free entertainment
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Gardening, canning, sewing
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
It’s just me and my husband at home now. We have a big dog, Kira and a fuzzy kitty, Smokey
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
i found byc many years ago from the back yard chickens radio show from wsb radio in Atlanta.
