(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I had chickens growing up - have had our current flock for over a year.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Around 50 chickens…
(3) What breeds do you have?
Too many to list!
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Walking over to them and they all come running up to me.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Lots of outdoor activities, reading, gardening.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
My boyfriend and I have our 3 dogs, 50 chickens, 2 turkeys, 5 guineas, 23 ducklings and 2 goslings.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
