[Single Purpose]

I've always loved birds and had chickens when I was a little girl. Now that I'm a divorced baby boomer with kids raised and on with their own lives I have a two acre "farmette" that I want to put some chickens on. Mostly for viewing pleasure, but the eggs will be a nice bonus. I'm very interested in researching rare or disappearing breeds and working with the local 4-H Poultry Club to see if we can't get some of them in the hands of the kids.
