(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
First time chicken owner. We have 9 chickens that we got as pullets at a swap meet and love every minute of it!
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 9
(3) What breeds do you have?
I'm not sure but would love to find out.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They are so much fun to watch and I also love having fresh eggs.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love to crochet and read and just be outside.
(6) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found BYC because I had a sick chicken and was doing tons of research to try and save her! Love the whole website and getting help and advice from veteran chicken owners and reading the chicken threads.
