new member - just hatched chicks - one with bum legs

I hatched some regular and bantam chicks (all fathered by large roosters) and one chick has bum legs...she gets around by scooting with flapping her wings....but the legs are like there isn't any life in them. Is there something I can do for her to help her grown a bit more normal? she's about 2 wks old now and seems otherwise healthy.
