Hello,

I'm a new member waiting for the snow storm to pass and dreaming about opening bee hives and starting the garden! I would love to buy some chickens in the spring for the backyard. I'm having trouble finding Standard Partridge Wyandotte hatching eggs or chicks. Partridge is my favorite color chicken (if that is considered a color), so if anyone has any suggestions of breeds and sellers of hens in that color I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank You!

Mike

If you haven't already, check out the buy-sell-trade section of BYC...you might get lucky!

Wow, how did I miss the buy-sell-trade section? So many amazing and beautiful breeds. Some very nice winter hardy breeds in partridge coloring, perfect! Thank you all for the warm welcomes and suggestions.

Welcome!

Sorry, living in Aus, I am unable to help you with your search but I wish you all the best.

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

If you would like to share pictures and stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out
