Hi, we recently built a chicken coup and got 3 Barred rocks and 3 Rhode island reds, they are about 7 weeks old now. Love the swing idea, put two in their run and they are always on them, with grins on their faces, lol. Picture below. Just love all the tips, thanks to all the members for their time and contributions and the administration for organizing this website, it is amazing.

Wish I could see the smiles on their little faces. I'm sure they are enjoying the feel of real branches under their feet on the swings. . It looks to me like you have also used hardware cloth instead of poultry wire - good for you.
