Hello,
I'm new to the page. I own a small non profit parrot rescue. Due to unforseen circumstances I ended up having to incubate my muscovey hens eggs. There was 8 total. One died immediately and 6 died a week later. Due to incubator malfunction and too high humidity. I have been following a couple articles on this site. I dried the bator and have did the daily misting. The embryo is about 28 to 31 days old. Air sack looks great. Today the egg started rolling to the same spot when turned. Humidity went from 30 percent to around 60 percent due to rain.

I really want this babu to make it. Any suggestions, help truely needed. I want to try to insure the best hatch environment possible. When should I lock down, will the spike in humidity be a problem??

Sorry I don't know anything about incubation, period. But, you could post on the duck threads where someone should be able to give you good advice. Just put "duck thread," in the search box and it will come up. You could also post on one of the current "Hatch A Thons," and ask advice. They are mostly chicken people but, some duck folks also join up.
