Hi everyone, my name's Tim and I'm 19 years old. Back in October I finally pulled the trigger after years of researching and wanting a pet duck. But rather than raising one from a hatchery I decided to look on Craigslist to find a duck in need. I ended up driving to Michigan and picking one up by the name of "Taco"from a lady who had him and 2 pekin ducks that needed homes... Unfortunately I only could take Taco, so the lady reserved him for me and sold the other two to someone else, only to get an email asking if they were ok for market. -_- Essentially I feel like I saved Taco from the same fate his buddies faced. Anyways, that's my duck story. Taco lives happily in our suburban house with my family and our 3 dogs... Ironically 2 of them are German wire hair pointers (A breed known for being excellent bird dogs).
