Sounds like infection.
Some questions to help get an answer for you...

Did you quarantine the new birds? For how long?
How old are these birds?
What antibiotics did you put them on? How long ago?
Any outward physical symptoms such as drainage from eyes or nose?

Post your question in the "emergencies....." section, you'll get better/faster response. Keep hen w/chickens isolated and I hope you can get the info you need to get your flock better!!!!!!

First off, it sounds like you should look into Coryza- it's awful, but if you don't intend to sell birds from your flock, it should be okay, but they'll need meds to recover. I don't know what to suggest, but Peter at First State Vet can help.
