New member wanting to build a "pretty chicken tractor"

Hello, my name is Amy, and I have been researching raising chickens for a few months now. I have heard from friends that a chicken tractor is a good idea. I'm looking for some really snazzy chicken tractor plans that my husband and I, who are not woodworkers, can easily follow and have chickens living in before the end of this summer. Any ideas, photos, or advice? We'd sure appreciate it!

Welcome to BYC from Wisconsin. I contemplated a tractor when we first dove in to chickens. There are some great ideas for tractors here in the coops thread. Check them out. Maybe it will give you some good ideas. Just remember than unless you are going to make a big, spacious (expensive) tractor. They can be very limiting if you want to add new hens or larger foul in the future. Good luck to you.
