i have a total of 10 chickens. I have 3 that are 18 months old, 3 that are only 4 months old & i just resqued 6 more. i was told there were 5 hens & 1 rooster & they were 8 months old. I didn't want the rooster destroyed so a friend took the rooster & a hen. Now i think i have 3 more roosters. Not sure about the barred rock. It has round feathers & larger than the partner. It crows but not very loud.
