I have posted a question in the forum for emergencies /diagnosis on these odd growths found on my 4wk old chick. Would love some feedback as everyone else I have asked is clueless, and they are all very experienced chicken breeders. It is a standard bred bird (heritage) and not hatchery. Eggs were bought from the breeder, and hatched by me. None of the other hatch mates have this.

Have you noticed if the others peck at him? Maybe that is causing the small growths.
Maybe an allergic reaction to something. Could you have a vet biopsy the largest lesion?
Hope the little chick will be okay.
