Hello, My name is Krystal.

I have just become a member today and just wanted to introduce myself.

My partner and I have just bought property and are starting to establish our little family. We have purchased 8 chicks that were 2 weeks old. They are now 26 days old and growing soooo fast. We also adopted a dog his names Tank and is really great with the chicks.

I just wanted to join and read all the articles and ask Questions if I need help.

I'm love to hear some of the names you have called your chickens or roosters :)

Welcome, my wife and girls and I are also new to raising chickens. We have 5 bared rocks that are about 5 months old now and have been laying since Father’s Day and 6 red sex links that are about 7 weeks old. My daughters names a couple of the bared rocks, Gretchen, Regina, Karen so far. I just call out Ladies and they all come running to me.

I have just been calling mine Golden Girls at the moment LOL :)
