Welcome to BYC. If your 'rubber' ducks are drakes, separate them from your chickens. Drakes breeding chicken hens can injure/kill them.

I've never had ducks but I would love them. But I've read that some ducks attack chickens. So I personally wouldn't risk leaving them together without supervision.
