Hi! I’m new here on the forum. My husband and I have been keeping chickens for about a year and a half now. We have a mixed flock of 12, including Croad Langshans, Buff Orpingtons, and Americaunas. I love their big personalities and watching their development as they grow! I’ve used BYC as a resource for a long time but only recently decided to create an account so I can participate in exchanging tips and info! Very much looking forward to being active in the community

Hello! Welcome to BYC! How do you like your Croad Langshans? That breed is in interesting! One of the breeds used to create Black Jersey Giants ( at least the original Langshan). I just love our BJG`s! Good luck with your flock!

Welcome. I heard that all Langshan's are outstanding chickens to have, however, I have never had them.
