Hi...I am new to raising chickens and have learned a lot from reading the forums on this site. So, I decided to join it myself. I currently have 9 white leghorn hens (we had 10 but one died) that we got from a laying house. They were a pitiful sight when we first got them, but are now acting like chickens and starting to look better. I also have one polish roo and a white leghorn/red sexlink roo and 5 rir hens. Then we have our 3 little banty game hens and 4 seabrights. And inside in the brooder we are raising 13 chicks (2 silke, 1 cochin, 2 black jersey giant, 1 buff orpington, 1 barnyard mix, 1 cuckoo maran, and 5 white rocks) plus 3 quail and 2 ducks...so as we are kind of new at this I will probably need lots of advice! LOL
