Hello! I'm a new member to this site (already loving it) I have 2 x warren chickens Gladis & Elsey, we've had them for 6 months or more & they are brilliant I love owning chickens. They both have their own little personalities and are quite funny. I've run into a problem that I've never had before Gladis has laid 2 x rubber eggs this evening and is moulting, is this normal? Thanks in advance :-D

Glad you joined us! One of the
causes of soft shelled/shell less eggs is laying while molting. Feed her high protein snacks in addition to her normal feed to help her recover and maintain body weight. For more on "rubber" eggs and others see here:
