New mom with a sick chick

I have a chick that is lethargic, wobbly, off balance, can't stand up, can't get legs under her. Vent is clean, poop looks normal. She is about 3-4 weeks old, been eating, drinking, pooping just fine until I found her like this this evening. All others are doing fine. I've read similar threads with similar symptoms, but my problem is that it's after hours, and the stores are closed. I have none of the meds mentioned. Is there something I can do for her until the stores open in the morning?

How is she now? Try putting a smidgen of sugar in water and putting a tiny bit on her bottom beak, it might give her some energy. Hard to tell what's wrong with her without more symptoms.

She actually recovered fully...at least I thought. After being fine for the last 10 days or so, I found her two days ago with what appears to be a broken neck. She still has movement of it, is eating and drinking from a syringe, poops, but definitely something neurological going on. I'm reading now about Wry Neck. If her neck were broken...I'd expect death fairly soon after, much less be able to move her neck and other extremities. I'm supporting her again, and hoping for the best. Thanks for your advice!
