New Owner to Ducks

Hi! I'm new to owning ducks. (Not to animals, though. With the addition of the ducks we have a small-ish zoo going. xD)

I have a few questions for you guys. I was wondering if you would know possibly what type of ducks I have. We've had them for about two weeks now. So I'm guessing they're roughly three/four weeks old. Here they are: Dinah and Oliver. =]

And I was wondering for you house duck owners. Do you guys keep your ducks in diapers all the time? Even when not under supervision and you guys are at work?

Thanks for your thoughts. I wasn't really sure what they are. When we got them we were told that they were some type of Runner duck. But as they're growing they're I noticed that they're not standing up as straight as most runners.
