New peachick owner needs help with splayed leg 2 1/2 week old

i hatched 10 peachicks, one batch two months old and second batch 2 week olds. One 2 1/2 week in special care with complicated splay leg chick. I am overwhelmed by the peachick problem leg. I live south of Chicago and can not find aviary vet to even have it looked at.
First I tried regular splayed treatments, but last attempt exposed knee joint and ankle swelling. Any help would appreciated!

There are quite a few threads on the forum on how to fix slipped tendons and splayed legs if you do a quick search you will get a lot of information. I like to tape the leg straight which works well for slipped tendons but splayed can also be a hip problem. Pics are always helpful when you have questions like this.
