New photos of Bleenie's ducklings!!

We have 6 strong beautiful ducklings so far. Another baby died in the shell overnight, it was badly shrinkwrapped. And another was about to end up the same way so it's in here with me in the incubator and it's tired as all get out but chirping lightly.

Thank you Hon, I'm tickled to bits with them. I think baby number 7 will make it, I've got it in here in the incubator with high humidity. It's weak but it's peeping now and then.

Good for you I lost one duckling last summer to being shrink wrapped and I still feel awful for not finding it soon enough so i could help it. What do you do with your ducklings? keep them all sell them?

Miss Lydia, I will be keeping 2 or 3 of these babies and the rest will go to a friend of our's. The Mamma of these babies came to me as a duckling from those friends. I'd like to keep them all but I promised my Husband I'd have no more than a dozen ducks. Right now (not including the babies) I have 8 ducks. I'm hoping with all my might to get a Chocolate Hen or two in the future.

The shrink wrapped baby is still pretty exhausted here in the incubator, he/she will work for a few minutes then sleep a couple of hours.

Sure hoping it makes it out soon. have you done anything to help it other than putting it in the bator? I know what you mean Plum I have 10 and am really wanting a couple Lavenders but they'll have to come from outside sourses since I don't have Lavender, I do have a chocolate, blue and fawn but not sure how that will come out with my black drakes.

They are so addicting.
