I love Tweedley Dum and Tweedley Dee so much!

Outside they follow me around and keep talking to me and looking at me like they can understand me and I can understand them!

How cute! I have 4 tufted buffs, too I just got in April, they are almost fully feathered out now. I am frantically building their aviary as they sleep in the garage and I carry them to the dog yard half the day to keep their pen clean and get some grass! They are very sweet for geese. If I sit down, they come and attack my shoelaces, I think they think they are worms.... I can pet them and if they get upset I just say "peep, peep, peep" . They follow me to their catch pen at night when I say "bedtime"! And they know "dinner time"! really well.
They feathering sort of grayish tan, but are getting more golden/tan gradually. One is lighter and more golden, but I think it may have to do with maturing, etc. Their eyes are sort of bluish, gray. Not real blue like Romans, but not brown either, when the light is right you can see they are sort of blueishgray/hazel. They are less fearful is I make myself "shorter".They will come right over if I am sitting and seemed concerned if I lay down...:0) like "whats wrong" ?
I need to load my pictures and figure out how to post pictures here.!!!

I would love to see pics of your geese today, PLEASE share! Another question I have for you is how loud are they, I hear they are quieter than other geese but that doesn't really tell me anything. I have 50 chickens and 9 ducks, are they going to be way louder than all of that?

They're adorable! Baby geese out cute baby chickens any day.

My adult Buffs still pull my shoelaces, chew on my clothes, chomp on jean rivets & buttons, yank on zipper pulls, so on, so on.
