Then you know I recently caught the "shutterbug" again. I purchased my new camera last week, and took it out for the first time this morning. This was the first time in at least 10 years that I've actually picked up a camera with the intention of taking "pro" shots. I think they came out good, and I'm pretty proud of myself, especially because I shot all 291 of the pictures on 'manual' and didn't use a single "mode". These pictures are pretty much as they came off the camera, no post processing work except a little cropping and some brightness/contrast adjustment. Click the link to my flickr page to see more.

Very nice! I love the tree! Composition and color are great. You did a great job on post if you did any on these too.

Only cropping and brightness/contrast adjustment... Nothing major.

LOL... The B&W was a complete PP 'adventure'! Its actually a color picture that I changed to mono-chromatic, and then added the sepia tone. Its the only one that I chose to get a little crazy with... Kenny (my partner who is in the pic) thought it wasn't very good at all. LOL He didn't like it... thought it made his 'skin tone' look bad! HELLOOOO? LOL
