new pullets not getting along

i started off with 7 2year old hens and 2 adult roos a coon got in and killed all my hens all i had were the roos well first i purchased 6 14 or 15wk old pullets and the roos would have nothing to do with them other than picking on them i then got 2 14 mos old hens and they took right to the main roo but the 2 older hens and pullets dont get along then i got 5 17wk old pullets and cockrel and dont none of them get along the 2 older hens stay with the roo the 6 15wk olde pullets stay together and the newest one stay together but if any get near the other group they peck eachother til one runs away is this normal what can i do to help it and on top of that im only getting 1 egg a day. and the young cockrel is acting very odd he has been chased off alot but seemed fine today when i got home he was real slow is comb was laid over and darker red not bright red what am i doing wrong and how can i fix it please help im new to chickens

You are in the right place, put in the search engine how to introduce new flocks to each other, and you will find all info you need, I did the same a year ago and now my chickens are ok together.
