So after 3 clear roofs have been destroyed by hail in less than 5 years I decided to go with metal. It sucks a bit because they are 3 ft panels and the rafters are on 2 ft centers. Also nothing is straight, square or plumb anymore, but it is done and looks pretty good. Mostly it is predator proof again.
