OK, so this is a very odd situation. I’ve always loved chickens, but never been able to have them because of the extreme amount of predators outside and neighborhood rules have recently recently come in contact with a friend who has two silkies who get picked on and kicked out of every flock he tries to introduce them to all they do is sit on the porch by the front door and try to get it, one day he let them inside and they love it inside, don’t really know why maybe because they don’t have to fight over food with there giant poof-y crests he doesn’t have the sources to keep them indoors and still give them access to outside and give them enough in enrichment indoors as well so I’ll be taking them in I have the resources to let them play outside and come indoors for sleep and rest, and I have enough time on my hands to provide a ton of enrichment inside as well. because they will be staying indoors I want some advice on vitamins and food brands that you guys think would be best. I’ve raised chicks for my friends and then given them back, just never fully had them as adults, chilling and walking around the house😂 I understand being an indoor chicken isn’t ideal, but this is a very weird case so any advice is appreciated

Ohhh welcome to having house chickens!! It's totally ok for them to live indoors as long as they get time outside. They can definitely thrive that way no problem. Silkies especially are good breeds for house chickens because they're so docile, and if they decided on their own that the house is comfy for them, then you have nothing to worry about.
Some tips:
chicken diapers are good to have if you let them walk around. Some people have had success training their chickens to poop in a pan like a cat, but it might be harder with adult chickens.
It's probably good to take a look around your house and see what could potentially be broken if a chicken launches at it. Baby proof the house, but imagine that the babies can fly 😂
I always just fed my house chickens normal chicken feed. If they go outside, they'll have access to grass and bugs so they shouldn't have many requirements different from normal outside chickens.
Congrats on your new pets!
