So I am still planning and figuring out how to go forward with getting chickens. I read the bill and it’s my understanding that you can raise up to 6 chickens regardless of what a town or HOA restricts. My town allows 5 and according to my HOA I am not allowed to have any livestock/poultry. I don’t want to ask them and get on their radar but I want chickens. If anyone has any insight or advice on the matter please let me know. I’m in Sunnyvale, TX
