(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Chickens have been a passionate hobby of mine for a few years! I bought a home with a barn and 5 acres a few years ago and went to the local Rural King to get garden supplies and heard the chirps of the chicks and have not been able to stop my obsession since!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

I currently have 11 girls and 1 roo - perfect dozen!

(3) What breeds do you have?

Jersey Giant, Wyandotte, Welsummer, Maran, Orpington, Rock Cross and Easter Egger

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?

Online search for answers and the replies and experiences of Back Yarders has been spot on!

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

Veggie garden, Meal worm farming, momming and camping!

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

Inside-Out, our home(s) and yard(s) have never gone animal free! Our pets are family therefore I never assume anything when it comes to their care and seek for the best direction when it comes to mothering them!
