Hi Mrs. Kathy, in addition to the Cornish X, please consider the Delaware. A large white bird with black markings on the upper portions. It has been reputed to have an excellent taste, or the American Breese. Though rare the Breese is another meat bird...Good luck with your Barred Rocks...
