new to backyard chickening

I've tried a few different kinds of treats, scratch grains, marshmallows, peas, and carrot and strawberry foliage on the ramp, and they'll get about half way before abandoning the ramp. Is there is a irresistible treat that any chicken can't ignore?
 
I also got an adorable picture of Wilma yesterday after I put her in the coop manually. I'll be switching out the branch with a flat 2x4 this week.
