New to BYC and Chicks

Good morning from Montana! Although my grandmother always had a flock of Leghorns for both meat and eggs when I was growing up, I'm new to chicken raising. I'm a small animal veterinarian but am now acquiring a library of books on poultry medicine focusing on backyard flocks. My chicks are now a week old and living indoors until it stops snowing here I'm looking forward to sharing and learning.
