Hi Yall, Im Tosha, I live in Romeo Fl,(just outside of Ocala/Dunnellon)I have been looking here for advice for a while but never posted till now,
A little about myself;
I'm just a little
lol,
I have been with the love of my life, J, for 16 years in May, he's a longhaul truckdriver, I have 5 adult children( 3 biological and 2 inherented
) 7 grandbabies (and 2 more on the way, 1 anyday and 1 in April),the oldest, he's 15, has lived with us since birth,
J surprised me with the 1st of our flock 5 yrs ago this spring when we were getting used to being empty nesters (that didnt last long lol), we have Chickens and ducks, at the moment we are down to 2 reds and a old leghorn rooster (my mother in law had him for a few yrs before she gave him to us about 3yrs ago) and a small flock of 5 bantams, 4hens and a her 2 kidos(8&15) and dog, and of course I have my 4 dogs, a 7 week old pit mix pup and 3 seniors, 2 senior terrior mixes(8&12) and a 11yr old red nose, so that's 5 kids, (2more on the way), 8 crazy dogs, 5 cats (+the herd of kitty's to be rehomed) and the flocks, there's NEVER a dull moment, oh and I just took up gardening to try to relax if I can figure out what that means lol, and I'm also going back to school (@44), for a degree in addiction counseling and in social work, it's something really important to me, I have been in recovery for a opoid addiction (pain pills) since Nov 12, 2012, now I want to be able to help others get thru what I struggled with

that's enough of my rambling, I'm excited to get to know the BYC community if I can help with anything at all pls reach out
