Hello everyone. I am new to BYC and to raising chickens. I hatched six eggs in April using an incubator and purchased more at 2 days old. I now have 15 eight-week old chicks of varying breeds. So far I have 2 confirmed roosters (they have begun crowing). I spend quality time with the chicks every day. I never knew how smart chickens are and how much fun I would have. I love them all and they each have their own personalities (and names). I look forward to conversing with everyone whether it be sharing chicken stories or seeking advice.

What a nice flock you have started. And I love your coop set up. Very nice. Not sure where you are from, but make it to your own state thread, see who is close by.
Any questions, go to the search bar..easy enough, right?
