new to chicken game

We have had our 2 isa brown girls for about 2 weeks now and these are the first hens we have owned.
Only one is laying so far and her eggs are pretty small.
My question is when do they get bigger and why is my other girl not laying?

It depends on how old the hens are. If they are young, then their eggs should get bigger. Your other hen may not be laying either because she is a little younger than the other one, she's a late developer or she is simply taking time settling in to her new home. My hens took 3-4 weeks before beginning to lay.
